Social clubs and other groups exist because like-minded members enjoy the same activities. The members share an identity they are very proud of. They can go places together or plan and execute projects. Pride with their identity and achievements allows the group solidarity. Iron on patches are the best ironed on to cotton material. Set the iron for the cotton setting. Then dampen a pressing cloth. A cloth napkin makes a fantastic pressing cloth. Place the patch within the desired location around the vest or jacket. Put the damp pressing cloth within the patch. Press the iron down on the cloth across the patch. Don’t move the iron forward and backward; just press it in position for a few seconds. Enable the patch to cool, and test to find out that all edges are tightly adhered. For the security of the patch, you might like to thread a needle double and tack the patch in a few places round the edge.
